Eating in the Student Union Building

The Student Union Building, SUB, is open to the public and is a popular place on The University of New Mexico Main Campus to grab a bite to eat. For Lobos with a meal plan, including Meal Swipes or Dining Dollars, the SUB is filled with different options. Credit cards and cash are always accepted.
On the main floor is a pizza restaurant, Dion’s. Dion’s serves handcrafted pizzas and salads. People can also choose from other restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Mandalay Express, Twister’s, Subway, and Blake’s Lotaburger.
The Mercado is on the first floor of the SUB, offering a tasty selection of both hot-and-cold food and a market with ready-to-eat items like pre-made meals, snacks, and energy drinks.
The SUB also has many locations both inside and outside to eat, socialize, study, and more.
